N.A.T.S. School Policies

Enrollment is accepted on a first-come first serve basis.

A spot in each class can be reserved by submitting the entire course cost OR a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $50.

An email acknowledgement will be sent within 3-business days after receipt of your registration form and deposit. If you do not receive an acknowledgement in 4-business days, please contact us to ensure that we received your payment.

Any person under 18-years old wishing to attend any class, must be accompanied by a paying legal guardian.

Should any class be filled or cancelled, when or after your registration arrives, all received registration fees will be returned.

Open enrollment (not custom) classes have a maximum enrollment and a 5-student minimum. If the minimum enrollment is not reached within two weeks of the class start date, the class will be cancelled and a notice sent to registrants with their deposit or payment refunded. If, at any time, you would like to confirm the status of the class, feel free to email or call us to find out - we are happy to let you know.

REFUND POLICY

Should any class be filled or cancelled when or after your registration arrives, all submitted registration fees will be returned.

If a class is cancelled by us because of weather, lack of enrollment, or other reasons, all course registration fees will be returned to all registrants.

We respect and understand a person's need to change schedule or that unexpected occurrences arise in life.  We also understand that to be fair to everybody, we need to establish a policy that is clear, fair, and applied equally to all class registrants.

If a $50 deposit is received and the registrant is not able to attend a class, the deposit will be retained in lieu of administrative costs and the frequent occasion that a seat in a class could not be filled.

If the entire course fee is paid, and a registrant does not attend the class, the course cost less the $50 administrative fee will be returned immediately after the class.

WEATHER POLICY

Should a class be cancelled due to adverse weather, all course registration fees will be returned to all registrants as soon as possible.
