Course Description

This one-day course will be an exploration of one of the most difficult topics in tracking. Track and sign aging is a critical element in a tracker’s knowledge and experience. Through a brief classroom session and an in-depth field course, the students will be exposed to aging phenomenon in tracks, discarded debris and sign that are hours, days, weeks and months old. Tools and techniques will be discussed such as baseline, indexing, bracketing as well as practice exercises that can be continued by the students when they return from the course.

  • Target Audience: S.A.R. Volunteers, Law Enforcement Officers, Military Operators, Outdoor Enthusiasts, Hunters, You
  • Time Required: Class will begin at 9am and end at 4pm
